Winemaking
Morning harvest, destemmed, selection of free-run juices, the fermenting musts are fortified with neutral wine alcohol. Bottled early to preserve the maximum of its fresh fruit aromas.
Tasting
Pale gold color, brilliant with pearly reflections. Intense nose with notes of fresh grapes, exotic fruits and citrus fruits. Gourmet and fresh mouth with notes of lemon, mango and fresh mint.
Food and wine pairings
As an aperitif, with foie gras. For dessert, with almond paste rolls, lemon tart, tarte tatin, sorbets and exotic fruit ice creams.
